Strategic Partners uses a train-the-trainer process with all the following components:
- Trainer Selection: Experienced trainers are screened and selected to ensure their success with doing the training sessions. SPI will work with clients to develop selection criteria and will assist you with the initial selection process. This may include identifying leaders that already exhibit a mastery of course material and are recognized by their superiors and peers.
- Demonstration Workshop: Trainers observe the full workshop delivered by a member of the SPI team and are given specific notes and points of observation.
- Training of Trainers: An intensive training session follows, adapting the facilitator information so that it builds on the experience, expertise, and needs of each trainer.
- Certification: Finally the instructor is certified to facilitate the course. Instructors can then be certified in additional courses by co-facilitating with an SPI team member.
