SPI has been selected as the vendor of choice for a government agency to provide executive coaching services. We have several coaches in our network, however; we need to recruit additional executive coaches in the DC area to support this effort that meet the following requirements:
- International Coach Federation (ICF) with the designation of MCC or PCC
- The Leadership Circle Profile (certified with experience)
- Advanced Degree in a relevant field of study is psychology, OD, organizational behavior, organizational effectiveness, leadership, sociology, Human Resources Development or counseling.
- 5 years or more of experience coaching executives, mid level managers and professionals in a large organizational setting such as government
That is where you come in. Do you know someone that has been doing work as an executive coach that you would be willing to introduce us too and/or forward an email requesting their interest in joining our team? They would need to hold the certifications above along with other requirements
