Will Kasper will offer a model for both defining and measuring learning effectiveness outcomes for Kirkpatrick Level 3 (behavior) and Level 4 (results) for competency-based leadership development programs.
In this Webinar we will:
- Identify the difficulties organizations encounter when attempting to measure learning outcomes for competency-based leadership development programs
- Review the benefits of rigorously evaluating the effectiveness of leadership development and management training programs
- Learn how the development and implementation of comprehensive evaluation protocols, metrics and goals can increase the effectiveness of leadership development programs and promote real changes in behavior and business results linked to targeted competencies
- Finally, we will walk you through concrete examples, based on the U.S. Office of Personnel Management’s Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs), and explain how to design a robust evaluation program that measures the effectiveness of competency-based learning programs
We will show you how to define outcomes (goals), identify appropriate metrics (including indicators, proxies, outcomes, etc.), and implement protocols that allow you to “put hard numbers on soft skills” to continuously improve learning programs and communicate their value to stakeholders via dashboards and reports.
