One of SPI’s long term clients in the global manufacturing business intends to create a global coaching directory and has asked SPI to recommend coaches in certain parts of the world. We are, therefore, in urgent need to locate highly experienced leadership coaches living and working in Latin America, Asia Pacific and Western Europe. SPI also has three other corporate clients in the consumer products, hospitality, and financial/investment industries who have expressed potential interest in our establishing a Global Coaching Network, as a result, we have decided to formally expand our cadre of affiliated international coaches. Request of Interested Coaches Please respond ONLY if you meet all the requirements below: Physically located in Latin America, Asia Pacific, or Western Europe. Able to demonstrate experience working with clients who are providing global/multi-cultural leadership and have expertise in how to effectively lead, manage and communicate within a multi-cultural workforce. Currently work as an independent coach and have experience working as a (sub) contractor to other coaching firms. Able to provide names and contact information of persons with whom you had (sub) contracting agreements to provide leadership coaching. This info will be used for checking references. Those named are expected to be responsible for the coaching practice in the firm(s) for which you have provided coaching services. Able to provide evidence of experience coaching senior level leaders, full time, for a minimum of five years, in private sector organizations.
