One of the challenges of mentoring programs is the ability to sustain the mentoring relationship throughout the year. This off-the-shelf 12-month energizer lists and explains quick, high energy activities that mentoring pairs can do together that require a short time commitment with measurable goals for success.
This calendar is designed to jumpstart and/or sustain mentor-mentee relationships by providing month-by-month practical activities. Some of the activities include:

- List on-the-job development activities
- Learn how to get feedback
