Each Instant Expert card quickly highlights the key generational differences necessary to effectively manage, engage and retain employees.

It’s a handy quick-reference guide to understanding and appreciating the events and trends that shaped each generation. The reverse side of the timeline highlights the evolution of American business.

The Leadership Assessment Instrument™ (LAI™)
The Leadership Assessment Instrument™ (LAI™) measures the critical capabilities required for high performance leadership. Developed in partnership with Warren Bennis, it provides a platform for various applications such as feedback, coaching, succession planning and individual development planning. Participants find that the instrument cuts to the heart of their roles and leadership challenges: the capabilities they look for in others, expect from themselves, and often wished they had achieved but have been unable to articulate or develop.
Interaction Style Profile: Self-Assessment
Leaders and team members must consistently communicate and work with people who have a variety of interaction styles. It is important to be flexible and tailor speech, body language, and approach so that others become more open to listen and accept ideas.
